General Information

These informations concern all shipments to foreign countries other than Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the Netherlands. The following conditions are valid for all business orders, contracts and transactions in between Fa. Classic (in the following called by its trade mark "Germanclocks") and its customers.

Order Confirmation

Your order is accepted by germanclocks with our written confirmation we send normally by eMail.

Prices and Rights

All prices are end consumer prices including all german/european sales taxes (in Euro). All rights are reserved. Revocation of declarations of intention and right of restitution (inclusiv return of commoditiy) is possible according to the german/european "Fernabsatzgesetz" within two weeks after entrance of commoditiy or the first partial delivery witout indication of reasons.

Refusing the acception of an ordered delivery is not a restitution in the sense of the "Fernabsatzgesetz" and obliges the customer to pay the caused costs.

Guarantee/Warranty

All germanclocks watches are supplied with the manufacturers International Warranty Card, all articles are absolutely new and original. The guarantee of the producers are included in the consumer end price, in case of guarantee because of defect merchandise we or the producer has got the right of repair before replacement or refund.

Informations and Advice

All informations and advice we do are liable to charges.

Shipment / Costs of shipment

Germanclocks ships by postal services of the Deutsche Post AG under conditions of the actual price list. The merchandise will be assured, without additional costs for the customer.

Date of delivery

It will take at maximum 3 workdays until shipment of stock articles (+ the necessary time to arrive depending from where you live in the world). If the articles are not directly available or not on stock we shall inform you about the approx. time of delivery.

Valid Law / Return policy

Germanclocks want you to be happy when purchasing from us. So you can return the merchandise within 14 days from the day of arrival in an absolutely no-used condition, this circumstance follows the "Fernabsatzgesetz" (law of distance sales). Please notify us by eMail at info@germanclocks.de before returning and specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
In all affairs customers and ours are underlying german laws.

Place of Performance

Place of performance for all our customers is D-76694 Forst, court of justice is the Amtsgericht Bruchsal.

Germanclocks protects your privacy. Your personal information will never be used for spamming nor will be distributed outside this company nor rented or sold to other businesses.
